Idaho Coalitions

Idaho Legislative Whiteboards: Bipartisan coalition of representatives from both houses of the state Legislature.

Interfaith Alliance Actions 2026: Group of spiritual leaders who mobilize their communities to block regressive legislation.

Post-Roe Think Tank: Coalition of attorneys, faith leaders, legislators, and community advocates who work together to secure reproductive justice and protect fundamental rights from government interference. Legal Voice helped start this coalition after the U.S. Supreme Court’s Dobbs decision was leaked in 2022, and it has met weekly ever since.

Progressive Lobby Coalition: Five progressive nonprofit organizations that advocate for gender justice, racial equity, immigrant rights, and criminal justice reform. Legal Voice co-founded this coalition to counter the high volume of regressive policies advanced each year by Idaho’s conservative supermajority, which holds nearly 90% of the seats in the state Legislature.

Montana Coalitions

Free and Fair Coalition: Coalition working to secure dignity and justice for 2SLGBTQIA+ people through legislative advocacy, organizing, and community care. Membership includes the ACLU of Montana, Bridgercare, Catalyst Montana, Empower Montana, Forward Montana, the Montana Chapter of the American Academy of Pediatrics, Montana Primary Care Association, Transistance, TransVisible Montana, Western Montana LGBTQ+ Community Center, and Western Native Voice.

Montana Sexual and Reproductive Health Collective (MTSRHC): Collective of community members, providers, and allied organizations who are engaged in collective strategy, education, and action.

Washington Coalitions

Queer, Trans, and Allies Coalition: Group of queer-led organizations and allies who work together to advance policies and legislation that support 2SLGBTQIA+ communities. Members include organizations focused on youth rights, gender-based violence, health care access, and racial equity. The coalition was instrumental in passing a landmark students’ rights bill that addressed the harms of Initiative 2081, a law that threatened 2SLGBTQIA+ youth in Washington’s public schools.

Reproductive Rights and Gender-Affirming Care Coalition: Group of organizations that advocate for bodily autonomy. The coalition led and passed a suite of bills after Roe fell, including a “shield law” that protects abortion and gender-affirming care providers from out-of-state prosecution, a first-in-the-nation law that prohibits businesses from using your health data without your permission, and funding for the statewide Abortion Access Project.

Washington Supreme Court Gender and Justice Commission: Participate as liaison to share Legal Voice’s perspective and represent the interests of women and 2SLGBTQIA+ people.
